Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to your satisfaction through our Frozen Delivery Guarantee. If your ice cream does not arrive in perfect condition, we will provide a replacement or credit to ensure you enjoy the Graeter’s experience.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Arrival
Please open your shipment immediately upon delivery to verify that the dry ice is still present and the pints are frozen solid.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is any damage or melting, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the photos of your damaged shipment.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and arrange for a complimentary replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
