How is Graeter's ice cream shipped to ensure it stays frozen?

We ship our ice cream in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep your pints frozen solid until the end of the delivery day. We monitor transit times closely to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.

What is the 'French Pot' process?

The French Pot process is a traditional method where ice cream is made 2.5 gallons at a time in a chilled copper pot. This slow process prevents air from being whipped into the cream, resulting in an incredibly dense and creamy texture.

Do you offer any dairy-free or vegan options?

Yes, we offer a selection of Perfect Indulgence frozen desserts, which are animal-free and dairy-free but use real dairy proteins created through fermentation to mimic the taste and texture of our traditional ice cream.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can follow your ice cream's journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if my ice cream arrives melted?

We guarantee that your ice cream will arrive frozen. If your order arrives melted or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product for a replacement or refund.

Are Graeter’s products nut-free or gluten-free?

While we offer many flavors that do not contain gluten or nuts, all of our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, eggs, and soy. Please check the specific ingredient labels on each pint for detailed allergen information.
